Organizational Culture and Client Treatment (Discussion 1)
You may be beginning to build ideas about how an administrator’s leadership style and philosophy might either aid or hinder social change efforts after reading the assigned resources regarding leadership kinds and skills, as well as information about attending to tasks and relationships.
