Statement of the Final Version Paper Assignment
A group of disgruntled trainers has had enough. They are fed up with the administration’s criticism. They’re enraged because the same officials have been providing them with pointless or shallow in-service activities for years. As a result, they’ve decided to come up with their own ideas for the types of staff development that are required at all levels of experience and skill in order to assist them train more effectively.
Assume that you are the group’s leader. You are in charge of completing the final version of the group’s statement on essential employee development, which will be presented to the CEO. Make sure to start with an introduction that clearly states that you’re writing to a Superintendent (e.g., Dear XYZ) and that you provide enough background information for the reader to understand the answers to the following basic questions.
The following key questions must be answered:
How can caring be properly included into the curriculum?
What is the nature of teaching as a science? Is it a form of art? Is it possible to have both of them at the same time?
What is psychology’s proper role in determining instructional practices?
What types of skills does an excellent teacher have?
Each header should be boldfaced and centered. Your paper should include include content from: 1. the text reading (emphasizing but not limited to Part Two) and 2. at least two sources from Nova’s electronic databases, but you should mention all assertions and statements that need to be supported.
3. The essay should be 5-7 pages long and contain no more than 2500 words (excluding references)
It should demonstrate excellent writing skills, lucidity, and conformity to APA requirements.
