Prepare a 10-page strategic plan. The purpose of the strategic plan is to allow the selected healthcare organization to understand their current strategic position, where they want to be in the future, and how they will achieve those goals. For this strategic plan, you will select an existing healthcare organization local to your community (South Florida) to conduct a strategic plan analysis on. The strategic plan should project 3 years worth of planning. Additionally, you should focus on identifying a target market (consumer or business in South Florida) whose needs are not currently being met, not being met satisfactorily or even recognized. Also should think about competitive offerings, and how their offering will be communicated and delivered. The solution must be actionable or realistic.

Phase 1: Cover page, introduction, M,V,V,G, Objectives
Phase 2: Markets served and Sources of Income, SWOT, Action plan
Criteria
Include name, title of assignment (include name of organization), and due date of assignment
This is the introduction of the strategic plan that identifies the organization you will be studying. In this section, be sure to provide background information about the organization and why it is important to examine this organization at this time.
Student should also include a brief overview of the governance structure of the organization.
Mission: the purpose of the organization serves today
Vision: what the healthcare organization hopes to become during the next several years
Values: the guiding principles or beliefs of the organization
Goals: what the organization hopes to accomplish in the long term
In table format, include short-term and long-term objectives. Short-term objectives should be accomplished during the next 12 months, while long-term objectives should be accomplished during the subsequent 24 months. State the objectives in one column and in another column, indicate how the organization will accomplish the stated objectives.
Remember, objectives need to be measurable!
