Part A – video and summary [6 points]
For this part, your task will be to identify a video (from the internet – make sure that the video does not require subscription or password to access) of your choice related to one of the topics listed below according to your last name. Obviously, any videos used by the instructor in this course is not eligible for selection. The video must be at least five minutes in length but should not exceed sixty minutes. If possible, choose a video having a run time between five to twenty-five minutes.

3. In a few sentences, explain why someone interested in operations management should watch this video.
I have given you a list of very broad topics. The topic quality management in manufacturing, for example, can have numerous subtopics such as quality management tools and techniques (e.g., control charts, process flow charts, etc.), quality management performance measures (percent of non-conforming products, process capability, etc.), quality management awards and certifications (e.g., Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, ISO 9000 certification, etc.), quality management programs/frameworks (e.g., Six-sigma quality, DMAIC, supplier qualifications/assessments, etc.) and so on. You can choose any subtopic from a topic you want as long as the subtopic focuses on operations.
