Component B. is an Individual 1,500-word reflective report that will assess learning outcome LO2 and LO4. This assignment requires you to reflect on the soft skills, the project management competencies and the team dynamics which are important for managing the global project you used in Assignment A.
Expectations concerning the assessment will be discussed in workshops, and students will also be able to present one draft of their piece for formative review in the last workshop of the module.
The report is to be submitted by the 1th of August at 14.00 pm in Blackboard.
This report accounts for 25% of the final grade.
The marking grid is included at the end of this brief.
Report content and format
Use Arial 11, single space, normal A4 margins. The report should be 1,500 words in length (+/- 10%) with the following being excluded from the word count: list of references, appendices, tables (as long as each one includes less than 250
words) and figures. Please note the report should have the following sections:
Title page
Contents page
Figure list
Table list
Main body self reflection
Reference list
Be mindful that in your reflection you should link your observations with the theory you learned in regards to soft skills, team dynamics and managerial competencies, properly referenced (UWE Harvard).
You should ensure that your ID number appears on all pages including the title page. Text should be kept as succinct as possible; bulleted text will be appropriate in places. The word count should be provided on the title page. If you exceed the
max word limit, your assessor will not assess beyond the word limit.
