A process recording is a written tool that students, field instructors, and faculty use to examine the dynamics of social work interactions over time during their field education experience. Interviewing and intervention skills can be improved by using process recordings. You can clarify the purpose of interviews and interventions, identify personal and professional strengths and weaknesses, and improve self-awareness by conceptualizing and organizing ongoing activities with social work clients. Through an analysis of the filtering process used in recording a session, the process recording can also be used to explore the interpersonal dynamics and values operating between you and the client system.
You will submit a process recording of your field education experiences from this week for this Assignment.
