-Compare and contrast the project planning functions of Supportive and Controlling PMO types as outlined in Part 1 Section 2.4.4.3 page 48 of the PMBOK Guide (6th ed.).
-Explain how PMO standards and metrics are used in PMO project planning.

Summarize how project planning contributes to PMO success while taking into account ethical considerations and challenges specific to a multinational PMO.

Write an essay to address the Module 4 Common Assignment Requirements for the assignment.
Submit your Module 4 Critical Thinking assignment as a single Microsoft Word document to the dedicated submissions area.
The following requirements should be addressed in your essay:
1.The length of your well-written PMO recommendation essay thesis should be 7 pages, excluding the title, reference, and appendices pages. Each of the bullet items given in the common assignment requirements should have its own headers and subheadings.
2.Use APA guidelines to format your presentation. Include a title page and a list of references.
Cite at least three current (within the last 5 years) scholarly resources (peer-reviewed, official governmental reports, and other scholarly sources) to support your suppositions, assertions, and conclusions in addition to your course textbook.
