The board of directors wants to keep considering a new webstore for Pine Valley Furniture after last week’s presentation. The board has requested you to assist them in deciding which project to work on and getting it started. One of their three target markets is being considered for a webstore:
Furniture for the workplace
Furniture for the home office
Furniture for students
The board wants you to assist them in deciding which project to pursue and getting the planning process started.
To assist the board in making a decision, prepare a 10- to 16-slide presentation or a 3- to 4-page executive summary.
Describe four strategies for discovering and selecting information technology initiatives. Compare and contrast the characteristics of each method, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each.
When classifying and ranking the three projects, identify valuation criteria and then rate them.
So that the board is aware of the future stages, summarize the project commencement and planning process.
Any references should be cited in accordance with APA requirements.
