Instructions:
The goal of this project is to produce a business model canvas that demonstrates how human-centered design and technological advancements may be applied to real-world business difficulties. The group choice to move forward with a viable hypothesis from the Topic 2 CLC assignment is the basis for this individual assignment. Expand the hypothesis to come up with a better one that is based on at least five sources. Fill in the blanks on the lean business model canvas. Include your time and any expenses in the categories of Key Partners, Key Activities, and Key Resources. Develop a summary of your canvas model for submission and comments based on your individual hypothesis and generated persona that was pitched to the group.
Include research from at least five sources in your 500-750 word overview of the business model canvas. Topic 7’s final output will include a PDF of the business model canvas as well as a Word document summary. You will simply need to generate a draft Word document for this assignment, which will include a summary of your business model canvas. Include your suggestions for key partners, activities, resources, value propositions, customer relationships, client groups, channels, cost structure, and income streams in the summary. Topic 6 will provide peer input on your summary.
