For each DQ elaborate within 260-300 words. Use in text citations accordingly. Use scholarly reference(s) along with the one(s) attached as well. Use and cite references using APA 7th Style Guide accordingly. Doctoral level class.
DQ 1) Often, doctoral learners mistakenly believe that a feasible research project can be developed based on personal experience or an attempt to solve a problem that is personal to them.
Although, passion for the project is important to the impetus of the discovery process, ultimately a dissertation topic must emerge from problem spaces that exist in an empirical research literature. Why do you think this is the case?
How does the reliance on literature serve the needs of a researcher and the research project?
DQ 2) Review the discussion of the problem space located within Chapter 2 of the GCU dissertation template and consider these dimensions of the problem you are interested in investigating.
Provide a one-sentence summary of your topic. Then discuss how the problem has already been investigated. Next, address what has not been examined about the specific issue you want to address. Finally, discuss why this is an important problem that needs to be investigated or better understood, that is, what is the benefit of studying this specific problem?
