You’ve selected one of the local products, and written a country analysis report to see if the chosen country is ‘culturally’ and ‘economically’ attractive and suitable (and/or challenging) enough to be a market for your product. In this assignment, you will investigate the chosen country in more specific, and write a marketing plan to introduce your product into the market.
Major responsibilities in your international marketing plan are 1) setting marketing objectives with specific descriptions of your target customers, 2) modifying your product to adapt and serve differences in culture, customs, and consumers’ attitudes and perceptions as well as regulations and restrictions in your chosen foreign market, and 3) designing the first advertising/commercial (a TV commercial or storyboard) to introduce the personalities and benefits of your product. These three sections are more important than other items.
Format and Style
This assignment should be at least 5 pages excluding: the reference list, the cover page, and the half-page executive summary at the beginning of the report. Detailed descriptions and expansion of your ideas are required for “Mandatory & Important items” in the guidelines
This report should be single-spaced, one-inch margin on all sides, in a professional format with appropriate subtitles numbered and written in bold. Arial or Times New Roman size 12 font should be used for the body. APA styles and guidelines should be applied throughout the report (Only one exception is this assignment should be single-spaced).

Information gathered in Cultural Analysis and Economic Analysis serves as the basis for developing a marketing plan for your product or brand in a target market. How the problems and opportunities that surfaced in the preceding steps are the overcome or exploited to produce maximum sales and profits are presented here. The action plan reflects, in your judgement, the most effective means of your product in a country market. Budgets, expected profits and losses, and additional resources necessary to implement the proposed plan are also presented.
