NANDA diagnoses in which all aspects must be seen including the safety of the home for the patient. This means that the basic problems that the house has such as lighting, handles to bathrooms, smoke detectors etc
Also in the planning part, the changes in the home for the best development for the elderly, this patient has to have diabetes and osteoporosis and based on that, the care plan must be made.
