2) At a little over the halfway point in the film, we witness a stop of an individual walking (he says don’t touch me), based on the footage shown and explanations given what did you think about the stop?
3) The Mayor appears fairly frustrated with the city’s efforts (to reduce crime and generally improve the police department. What were the cause of some of his frustrations? (not just the police, but communications, police director, etc)
