A thorough grasp of how a performance management system works, as well as the benefits it provides from the many perspectives of all parties involved, is required for its successful implementation.
Identify and briefly describe a performance management system that emphasizes leadership and employee motivation.
Examine the impact of leadership on employee motivation and organizational performance.
Discuss how staff will be informed about the performance management process through a communication plan.
Discuss the PMS’s appeals process. Employees would go through this process in order to respond to performance comments.
