Table of NRS493 Literature Evaluation
Accurate identification and application of research is critical in nursing practice for achieving good outcomes. The student’s ability to explain research findings and summarize pertinent content helps them design and synthesize the assignments that make up the capstone project’s components.
The task will be used to create a written implementation strategy.
Provide a summary of the review of the research literature for this task. Determine the quality and strength of the evidence for each of the eight research articles you’ve chosen using the “Literature Evaluation Table.” Articles should be recent (within the last 5 years) and directly related to the PICOT question discussed earlier in the course. Quantitative research, descriptive analyses, longitudinal studies, and meta-analysis publications are all possibilities. A systematic review can be utilized to give background information on the planned capstone project’s aim or challenge.
While APA style is not required for the body of this work, good academic writing is anticipated, and in-text citations and references should be formatted according to the APA documentation rules contained in the Student Success Center’s APA Style Guide.
A rubric is used in this task. Please study the rubric before beginning the assignment to ensure that you understand the requirements for a successful completion.
