Part 2
After reading mental health professional resume, the initial call would have drifted to a freer, confident, and the established rapport would have been cemented by the excellent skills the professional
possess to handle a patient with the neurocognitive illness. The reported symptoms presented by the client would not change because the psychiatrist exercise work ethics, regulations, follow policies
and maintains the patient’s information confidentiality. It means the patient is confident when sharing the private health history information. Prior visiting the doctor, I viewed the doctor’s website and I
deduced that his impressive educational and professional background shed the light on understanding that is a registered health practitioner. Therefore, beforehand presenting my case, I gathered the
contact information, understood the type of services offered, as well as gained the courage to approach the physician.
