Discussion of Human Relationships
Learn how to recognize and put into practice effective stress-management techniques.
According to Suzy Welch, author of 10-10-10 (10 Minutes, 10 Months, 10 Years), you have the ability to reclaim your personal and professional life through a revolutionary approach. She explains that looking at the long-term effects of your decisions will help you define and live according to your innermost aims and beliefs. Every step of the 10-10-10 system begins with a question. Should I start a relationship or end one? Should I return to school to complete my degree? Etc. In ten minutes/ten days, what are the repercussions of each option? In a year and a half? What will it be like in ten years? Choose a question that is important to you right now and go through the 10-10-10 process. In this multi-time frame approach to personal and work-related stress, what have you learnt about yourself and the solution to your question?
The following topics should be discussed:
1. Describe your grasp of the topic and its significance in a business setting.
2. Explain why you believe what you believe. Make a statement. Examine your views, knowledge, and experience. It’s also a good place to express your appreciation for your response.
3. Express what you wish you had known or directly ask peers for input. To put it another way, ask questions.
