Description
Each paper must cite a minimum of two journal articles or economic monographs. You can use government publications, newspaper and magazine articles. Articles used in your paper must be included in your list of references. You can use one or more other sources
Citation Style
You can use Chicago or APA. I would prefer Chicago but I know some of you use APA. Go to the Reference Centre online at the Library for instructions on how to use these citations. To make sure that you are doing it properly you can also look at the format used by the Canadian Journal of Economics.
Your paper must be
*1200 words (not counting the title page and reference page)
*You can go over by 10% but it must be a minimum of 1200 words
*It should be double-spaced
*Use Times New Roman – Font 12 – with proper 1 inch margins
*Have page numbers at the top or bottom
*Use Headers for the Introduction and Conclusion
*Have a separate References page that starts on a new page at the end of the paper and lists in proper format all the sources that you cite in the paper.
Your title page must contain the following information:
*The title of your paper
*The name and number of the course
*Your name and student ID number.
(Use the name that the University has for you not a chosen name)
