“The federal Government as a lot of control over all the law and branches and they made laws to help make the country better. But at the same time under the power of the federal and state government under the constitution has to be broken down into three branches so they can break down what the fed can do and what they can’t do and so does the state. The fed has become the power house that establish copyright law, declare war, raise and support army/navy, establish court etc. While the state don’t have much power as the fed but still they regulate interstate commerce, regulate safety/health/morals,ratify amendment etc. “
