You’ll be looking at employee performance in relation to the CRM case study this week. You’ll look at things like unproductive conduct and other workplace stressors to see how they effect employee performance.
Assume you’re a consultant for I/O psychologists.
For the pilots, prepare a 10- to 15-slide presentation with speaker notes on your recommendations for improving staff performance. Include the following in your list:
At least two motivational theories, with an explanation of how they could be used to improve pilot performance.
The role of occupational stress and job happiness in the performance of the pilots
Specific instances of unproductive behavior and their potential impact on the workplace
