Final research paper (25 points)
Each student needs to identify a specific and interesting topic on labor and labor movement. The paper should generate thoughtful insights on related phenomena.
It should follow the format of a research paper to have the cover page, page number (except on the cover page), and formal citations and references.
While an additional cover page is optional, the text should be 4-page long, double-spaced and use the font size of 12. It may include 1-2 tables or graphs (either integrated in the text or put at the end).
It should use 1 inch margins.
It would be better that your proposal has a title, which helps to identify a theme or a research focus.
WRITING SHOULD BE POLISHED.

Several changes have occurred in the USA work environment arising from the Equal Employment Opportunities Commissions in the year 1965 (Carrier &, Kevin, 62). The study found out that the number of Asians working In America increased to over 5.6%. the study further found out that 20,9millions from Asia travel to the land of freedom symbolizing a great increase in the number from the currently available statistics. Main Ideas and Arguments
Equal Employment Opportunities Commission is an important commission that has enabled reforms in the USA workplace. It has created more opportunities and improved the lives of Asian Americans( Shih, 413). The commission has further done away with racial discrimination in the workplace and has enabled follow of the law purposely to promote the best work environment for the workers. Besides the EEOC has a duty in the integration of all communities thus promoting togetherness and teamwork in the workplace.
