Advanced Nursing Clinical Research Paper on Fibromyalgia
You’re a harried family nurse practitioner who works in a neighborhood family practice. “Fibromyalgia” is the primary complaint of the first patient of the day. When you walk into the room, you notice a woman in her mid-40s crying in a chair in your exam room. She claims that she went to see a rheumatologist and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but that he didn’t tell her anything about it. She claims she has no idea what this means and asks you to explain it to her so she can tell her friends, who all believe she is suffering from a fake disease.
List five fibromyalgia therapy alternatives. Is one better than the other?
Determine four websites to which you may direct her for more information.
Important Guidelines for the Assignment
1. The document should always begin with an introductory statement that indicates what will be covered in the article.
2. Remember to include a cover page and reference using the most up-to-date APA formatting.
3. For this project, you must give a 5-7 page well-written evidence-based research paper that follows the rubric criteria, uses APA format for references, and includes at least 5 nursing or medical evidence-based research publications that are no more than 7 years old.
4. Please read and evaluate it carefully; if the paper does not meet the standards of a master’s degree, I will not accept it. Before I allocate it to anyone, I just want to be clear about it. This is advanced degree work that necessitates a strong writer with a background and experience in the nursing and medical fields, as well as a solid command of the English language and written communication.
